    6ft 1 so he might have that 'big target man' we're looking for, not a bad record tbf, 5 goals in 15 games.only 22 aswell...

    I saw him play for Cheltenham in the play-offs a season ago and thought that he looked an excellent target-man striker. That opinion on the basis of a couple of games is not shared by Cheltenham fans, however, who thought he was not effective enough. I would rather have had Ibehre back, but Spencer certainly looked good in the play-offs. Did nothing at Huddersfield and not a lot at Notts County, but from what I saw he holds the ball up ok and lays it off really well, as well as having a reasonable and occasional goal threat. I think we need to have someone more effective, if Jimmy is going to be cover.

    If he is a target man, his goalscoring record is not actually that bad overall.

    I think he could be a decent signing
