Back on, signing by tomorrow, loan deal. not too pleases with this, seems like a tit from what we've been hearing
Think he will be a good signing but i just feel we'll hear of arguments and him having a moan in training every now and then.
Tbf, when Johnson was at Oldham with him, he was fine, when he left for us, thats when it kicked off.
Aye spot on. Johnson has worked with him before so knows his pro's and con's but he even slated him in his interview a few weeks ago saying his attitude could be better. In all honesty, I would have liked Waring back because of his attitude and ability to become a solid Championship player but it seems he's got a future at Stoke now. Wilkinson will be better than Waring based on reports of what I've seen and also has a lot more potential but his attitude may ruin a fairly decent atmosphere at Oakwell.
He will have alot of winning over the fans to do as he's come across as someone who'd rather sit on his arse than earn abit less cash in a permanent deal elsewhere, but play regularly.
If he comes with a bad attitude and doesn't produce on the pitch he's going to get some stick. The ball's in his court.
Ok thanks. I'm ok with that, as long as we don't start messing around with month-long loans like last season
Strange one but hope it works out well. Either Johnson seriously rates the lad or we're running out of other options.
can't say im best pleased myself the chappy sounds like a knob. wanting the earth after his 3 goals on 18 games for Oldham.
I suppose we'll have to trust LJ's judgment on this one but I'm not overly keen from what I've heard of the lad.
All I need to know is can he play, what he brings to the team and does Lee rate him enough to bide his time signing him.The answer is obviously all three. If it's a full season loan I've no problem with that. You can buy a player and give them 12 months deals. As for him being greedy all we know is whats been on social media etc.If he wanted to see what his options are that's also fine, all footballers do it.
