Bramall Lane always brilliant in our end at least. Like West Ham and Norwich as well, despite our dire records at both grounds. Worst - Saltergate was always a bit flat, Hillsborough and Elland Road are huge but horribly dilapidated.
Best - Millmoor - season we beat 'em 4-2 18k in that tiny ground Honourable mention to White Hart Lane when we beat Enfield in that FA Cup Replay Worst - Carlisle - Tues night - boring game & absolutely froze my rocks off - didn't get warmed through until a week after
Wednesday is always decent and Hull have been on and off over the last few times but seem to be loud when they're winning. This is only recently though. Crewe, Oldham, MK Dons, Donny and Coventry come to mind as the worst.
Best - Usually impressed with Hull City at the KC, especially a few years back when their corner made a real racket. Huddersfield used to be pretty loud too and to be fair, Wednesday. Perhaps not so much nowadays. Worst - Spolit for choice really. MK Dons and Coventry were utterly soulless. Watford as well was like a library. Doncaster is always dead as well apart from the 25 teenagers stood near the away fans.
Yeh since theyve been in the PL, it was ****ing drab before then as was Selhurst Park. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Are you asking who the noisiest fans are? Or just the all round atmosphere when you've visited the ground as a reds supporter? Because I don't see how you can say Rochdale when the two most recent trips to Spotland we've won and had a right ******* ball. The atmosphere for derby games with Leeds, Wednesday, dem blades and Huddersfield are usually the best I've experienced. And the worst would be Doncaster. I did though go to Wigan with Huddersfield last season and it is the first time I can recall visiting a football stadium where not one bit of noise was made from three sides of the stadium, a very sparse stadium that day too, and fecking cold. I won't be going there with Barnsley this season. ******* Rugby club.
Last game of season, we might need a win for something good to happen, and you're not going because atmosphere in home end is *****, I think you might go might you ?
I'd no idea it was the last game, so aye, if summat's riding on it or we're already promoted and having a party, then it'll be on my to do list definitely. I should have known you'd know the fixtures. Got your card from the club?
Always seems to be a good atmosphere at Udders when we play there (although we've had some BIG games there so it'd be expected), the play off game was tremendous. Donny is always poor.
Vermingham was bouncing before the first leg of that play-off. When that Eiffel 65 song was playing, it was scarily loud. As I recall, it soon quietened down a tad.
