Impressed with his throw but alot to improve him. Seemed to be took off the ball easily for a big guy playing against players who were in the league below him last season. Done for pace on a couple of occasions too. Positives like you said he's got a brilliant Delap style throw on him which makes throw ins more like a free kick. Won just about everthing in the air too and could have scored.
Words from the man himself: "I am good in the air but I am not great with my feet- this is an area of my game I would like to improve on". Says it all really. I reckon Mawson and Nyatanga will probably be the 1st choice CB's this season as those two seem better overall.
