    Not a fashionable target due to rochdale link. He knows the division, proven at this level. Perhaps better option that inexperienced premier league youth, foreign league, scottish league unknown or veteran heading down divisions.

    Rochdale players who followed Keith to us were solid in L1. But it was clear that the championship was a step to far. But they have over years nurtured some talented players who have gone to greater things.

    He was the 2nd best goalscorer in the league last season playing for a very average side. Why wouldn't you want him?

    10 weeks into closed season and we've still not managed to get him away from Rochdale.

    I'm not moaning about how long it's taking, I'm simply saying he's not our first choice striker, not a chance not at this stage in the summer

    and if i wasnt posting on here..... id probably be drinking tea in the mess wondering what time im going home from work today, (12 ish as it happens) however im actually quite busy organising a beano to glorious goodwood instead.....

    Taken out of context yet again, if you read all the posts I've made in this thread you understand what I was getting at, do you honestly believe it would take us ten week to sign a 30 year old from Rochdale, not a chance he's the next name on the list because we've missed out on a few and now our attention have turned to him, which day are you booking for Goodwood.

    Whilst I agree that his record last season was good, the rest of his career is bloody average at best !!
    He is also 30 years old, which goes against everything the club have said in the past !
