    Dale's reserves* are playing Man U's in the Lancs Cup today while our first team* is at Macclesfield.

    Pearson and Rothwell are listed in United's team on the team sheet! Have they got two?

    * Hill decided to send the likes of Lillis, Henderson, Vincenti, Cannon and Bunney to play United, so in effect for the first time ever I'd class it as us having two games at the same time.

    Did I say that? Just that I honestly never noticed him, then again I thought Mansfield outplayed us 1st half.

    I thought Rothwell had a decent game, got involved for a young lad in his first game, some nice touches, a quality bit of skill and a good finish for his goal. Reckon he can be chuffed with his work today.

    Good finish from Ball too.
