Well Man Utd. were interested in taking him on loan and I guess that doesn't happen on a whim. Whether they rate him as highly after seeing him train with them for a few weeks is another question.
I wasn't sure if he was just there to make Mason feel more at home. Diggers has experience of playing with other squads for England and has also played with some of the Man Utd lads. Despite him going on trail there I haven't actually seen any reports they want to sign him. Not to the extent of Holgate anyway.
It's not uncommon in these situations for a club to make a full and final offer to effectively buy out the sell on clause, if Everton give us our 15% + x amount covering all future payments both clubs would probably be happy
I sell a lot of stuff on eBay and I'm thinking of putting some clauses on there. Some of those rubbish CDs I've flogged may be worth something in the future.
Two minutes looking through my wife and daughter's collections could well change your views on music!
My daughter is currently listening to Meghan Trainor and Ariana Grande on what seems a continual loop. Thank heavens for earphones!
I would expect, if the offers to Everton are true, these discussions are already in progress, or given us now knowing his worth, we should just rebuff any offers.
