That's YOUR opinion, not the clubs. The only reason we haven't signed him is because he failed the medical so don't fire the facts at me trying to prove a point.
Good. Imagine paying over the odds for a guy who might only play half a season. Back to the drawing board LJ.
I should hope we're all happy. I wasn't against the idea of signing Johnathan Forte in the slightest, I even said the signing 'made sense'. But if he's failed a medical, that's reason enough for me to say he's not up to it at present. He's better off at Oldham picking up a wage than here. Think he'd have been a good addition but only if he was fully fit and ready to play. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
I keep seeing that Forte is injury prone but I can't find any evidence of this.I would have thought over 350 games at 28 years old is above average.
Asked my brother who as you all know is a blunt about Forte and all he could do was laugh. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
If true i'm glad we aren't willing to pay over the odds for someone who's had half a good a season in around a dozen years of playing and makes James Dudgeon look able to play a full season without missing a minute.
Alan Nixon didn't confirm/say he'd actually failed a medical. Didn't he just respond with something vague like "don't want to go there". He could've meant Forte didn't want to go, for all we know.
