A 30million offer would test them

I think it needs to go over that for them to sell. Everton suggested a month or so ago that it'd need to be a UK record bid for a defender, which I believe is the 32.5m City paid for Mangala.

Aye, reckon you're right. Jose gives the impression they'll keep bidding until they get him.

Everton are doing this all wrong

Cant understand why they've not sent Stones over for a trial by now to go play a few games for them so they can see if hes as good as some people say. And after they offered 20 million they surely had to accept it - i mean - what if nobody else came in for him and offered that much. They might be stuck with him. Be reight though he's not that good anyway is he.

Everton want at least 30 million plus Victor Moses as part of the deal.

Being reported that Man City are in for him now, so the price could just be about to go through the roof.

I thought City might be interested given the creaking nature of their defence. I presume hey have been waiting to gauge price.

I'm just surprised Bournemouth haven't made a bid yet.

Or Middlesborough that would really ramp the price up if they are willing to pay 15 million quid for Jordan Rhodes.
