    Hello – I am producing a Football League preview of the new season and am after a Barnsley supporter to write me a few words for a fan's view article. Is there anyone who can help?

    we have been carp for years and have been given false promises year after year. Currently waiting for new season after more promises given.

    I think it's better that someone else has a go. Mine would be far too positive and therefore not a true reflection of fanbase feeling. I'll stick to my blog. Was offered a job writing for ITV Calendar, about BFC for their website but don't think I'm going to bother. If I can't write in my own fashion I'm just not interested. No swearing, no Tarn talk and only 500 words. **** that. And all for free? If they can pay John Mitchell to say it's going to rain then fair is fair.

    Red Army Chris is a good choice. Not over the top either direction. Looking forward to reading it.
