The LIBOR rate fixing. Could we, as mortgage payers, now sue the banks....

    for their overcharging us for years and years of higher interest rates on our mortgages.
    The man who led some of the scandal has been jailed for 14 years but I see this whole matter as similar to the PPI affair where we have been misled into making decisions on our mortgages which we might not have made if rates had been different.
    Should I start a "Have you been mis-sold your mortgage, then ring Mr Badger for advice" phone line. No win no fee, of course.

    One slight problem.....mortgage rates could have been lower because of the LIBOR fixing!!
