Is it 31st August? If so we need two full backs, two wingers and two strikers in the next 22 days. The current set of players will not finish anywhere near the top six and we will not keep an away clean sheet all season.
Yes its the 31st If we recruit two good full backs then we will have the makings of an excellent back four as Mawson and Roberts have Great potential. One Winger and One Striker would suffice IMO Is it too much to ask to play team members in their proper positions instead of wasting their talents by asking them to do something alien to them? Scowen was given a torrid time yesterday but the lad did his best.

That is a very good shout! They were toiling big time early in the second half. Chesterfield appeared to be much fitter.
I thought we were constantly overrun in midfield yesterday - particularly in the second half - so is this a lack of fitness, positional sense or had the heads just dropped? Chesterfield did seem relentless in their waves of attack while we were just lumbering.
The Holgate situation hasn't helped anyone. The sooner he leaves the better for everyone But let's be fair, Johnson said he was told Holgate wouldn't be available on Friday, Bree was injured. It wasn't a great position to be in. Should Williams have started? Maybe. But when your first choice right backs aren't available no team in this division would be in a great position
It's because scowen isn't strong enough to be on his own, hourihane is dog ***** and scowen was at right back. We have signed 800 central midfielder and have no idea how to fit them into the side so to fit hourihane in he has had to move scowen out of position leaving Pearson to be found out without scowen covering him
