For holgate in todays star not too bad but was badly missed yesterday scowern did his best but he is no rwb. Needs replacing and fast if bree wont be avaliable for a while.
It's not a bad deal especially if there is a sell-on clause Holgate and Bree not being available yesterday was the root of our problems. If we could have played Holgate then Scowen could have played in central midfield then he could have stopped their left winger and we would have been stronger in midfield That was the reason we lost yesterday

Hopefully, Holgate's move to Bournemouth becomes a reality and we insert a respectable sell on clause. I'm sure given Howe's coaching and management Holgate will continue to develop, and like Stones provide us with a potential cash windfall. Again this is all an assumption, but the revenue we receive from this transfer could give Johnson enough funds to add a striker and a right back / wing back that are proven at this level with the ability to play at the one above.
