    He isn't. He had an Interview 2 weeks ago saying he isnt ready to leave, Wants to stay as he can learn a lot from Jagielka. He also isn't the type of player to hand in a transfer request. Although the 10%, 15% or whatever would be a nice slice ;)

    Of course he's going to want to leave. He'll be leaving a mid table team to play for the PL Champions, playing in the Champions League and tripling his salary in the process

    He never handed in an official transfer request but the club were happy with the fees offered by Wigan & Everton & John wanted to speak to both when he had the chance.

    Stones did want to go but the club accepted the offers first

    Maybe one of the experts could confirm this. But if he hands in a transfer request doesn't that mean he waves away hi cut of the sale fee. If so this could be a nice incentive for everton?
