Lets hope they hurry up, so we can invest a little bit of that in a new striker.

Everton will demanding closer to £50 million if Stones can keep Aguero in his back picket on Sunday.

This game couldn't have come at a better time.

Yeah and when Aguero gets a hat trick we end up with three and a tanner.

Plenty there for a new scoreboard and some concourse heaters :) Everton already have a depleted defence so lets hope he's gone before wednesday to give us even more of a chance to win.

He'll still go for close to 40.

    No lose for us.

I'd hope at some point we are going to try and take pre game business away from town centre boozers by making our concourses more homely. Get the dinner time premiership match on, put in some seats, make sure the area is warm and then reap the benefits.

I'm not sure anyone would choose to drink in a concrete corridor on tables and chairs which have to be bolted down to prevent some kn0bhead picking them up and chucking them rather than in the comfort of a pub.

Ben has basically accepted the situation on this. There's no way this is gonna take people out of town. Only way it's gonna do that is by having a proper bar. Redfearns has given the club a glimpse of the direction it needs to go.

    Who's confirmed that's the percentage?

    I've heard rumours of anything between 15 & 25%

In concourses though we already have the room for thousands to drink, eat etc. For a proper supporters bar you'd have to be talking a six figure fee to buy land, build from scratch a venue that holds around a thousand or so etc...

Didn't someone on the board of Chelsea mention it in the press?

precisely. which is why it'll never happen. you're flogging a dead horse, trying to get people into the concourses. stand around in a cold, grey, drab concrete space drinking overpriced pi$$water, or sit in any number of hostelries, drinking reasonably priced ale of choice?

no amount of portable heaters will bring them into the concourses i'm afraid..

A ridiculous over-estimation, as pointed out in the paper today Everton have only won 10 out of the 31 games he's played and since he made his Everton debut in 2013-4 only four other outfield players have provided opponents with more scoring opportunities.
