    Does not fit our profile in terms of a) age and b) not being a permanent. I am with those who are saying that we should chase Waring first, or Smith failing that. I do hope that the Blunts don't beat us to Smith and need to offload Higdon to complete their deal. Not a good signing, although we need to look for target men/strikers and he is one. Waring, or Smith, please!

    There's some shirt memories on here....

    When the blunts signed him the general concencus was that we'd have had him as well

    Now if the blunts are going tonplay half his wages for him to play for us that's a win Win in my eyes

    Me too but I can't help thinking we've dropped quite lucky.

    Should've lost to Burton, couldn't have dropped on Chesterfield at a better time after change in manager & loss of better players, couldn't have dropped on Millwall at a better time after the 4-0 hammering a few days earlier, shoot out win at Scunny and now we play another club in awful form in Bradford.

    The law of averages says our luck's going to run out or we're going to have to improve.
