No idea i sit in west upper just past the Half way line and had a good view I've seen straight reds given for much less and we didn't even get a free kick ref was very poor fell about laughing when one of their players blatantly pushed Hourihane away from the ball, so Hourihane pushed him back so Bradford player catches the ball an awards himself the free kick
I don't like calling refs, he was as bad as I've seen, even Kettle. Let Bradford get away with everything first half.
Missing that two footer (or seeing it and doing nothing about it) was one of his three big mistakes. The other two being...... 1) When he gave a drop ball. He didn't stop the game for treatment so when it was kicked out of play so the physio could come on it surely should have been a throw in. 2) When a free kick wasn't given against us and the Bradford player decided he was giving himself a free kick so grabbed the ball. That should have been our free kick and their player booked for deliberate handball.
Add to that the hand ball he missed that he was 5 yards away from when they nearly scored from a corner early ish in the first half. I think it was the fact that the ball deflected off the guys hand that took it away from goal. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
What about the one where Cowley was away and had his shirt pulled so he stopped. red gave the play on advantage sign and Crowley had the move sideways, player then tripped him and he got up quickly this time moving backwards. ref again gave a play on advantage signal. We ended up passing backwards.
Roberts had a Bradford player with 2 arms around his neck pulling him backwards in first half. Definite pen.
