    What a fantastic atmosphere, to give the players a one minute standing ovation was amazing, well done reds fans, i was proud to there tonight.

    Not everyday a team gets a standing ovation after conceeding 5 goals in 75 minutes :D The players will take alot of heart from that ready for Rochdale.

    That was a nice sporting gesture from Everton's no 19 Deulofeu at the final whistle,he was stood in front of us in the East Stand and he turned round clapped the fans and gave us the thumbs up.

    Deulofeo was class for them and so was barkley them two coming along at half time made the difference but they won't forget coming here for a while proper 110% performance from us tonight and passed it and played so well. We have the players to go far in the league we just need another striker I think.

    ive always liked roberto martinez and it was good to see him send out a strong team tonight, he and Everton took this as a serious cup tie. And we did our best of course to make it as hard as possible. credit to everybody tonight.

    The fans showed what they're all about tonight. It's really not hard for any player or manager to understand what we're about. Just play with attacking intent and give us summat to cheer. That's all we ask for..
