For me was his chance to prove his worth. He didn't perform at all, didn't make any movement at all off the ball, outmuscled, won nothing and created nothing. Poor performance alongside many others. Personally my patience has run out and given we are desecrate for more firepower I would let him go back, contract allowing.
It was just that Johnson even laughed & joked about Wilkinson's lack of ability in the air when we signed him which makes it more bizarre that he's played him as a lone striker
Believe me I did not enjoy watching it one bit today but yes he knows exactly what he's doing. Chill out and keep perspective. This constant criticism of the Manager is tiresome.
