    Can teams still sign unattached players outside of the window?

    Could we be planning to sign Simeon Jackson next week, for example?

    There'll be quite a few released players available - who knows, we could be about to snip up Adam Hammill!

    Yes. As long as they aren't registered to anyone by the window closing (so you can't sign people contracted today but released tomorrow for example), free agents can be signed, registered and played at any point.

    Yup can sign outside window, I think unless they need international clearance.

    I think if we were going to sign Jackson we would have done it by now. Seems a strange one that we have a striker that has been there and done it. Training with the squad every day but not signed him even though we are short on that department

    True but you can play them if they're unattached.
