Quality Finish but can someone educate him about the offside Rule.

And as for Mr Watkins can Mr Arabian Ian give him a lift back to Jock Land Utter Carp!

Can someone educate Johnson on what to do with a goalscorer? Instead of playing him on the wing or up front on his own?

He was offside so much today.

When Watkins was running with the ball and Sammy was offside all the way and then complained at Watkins for passing it to late, that was poor from him.

I just don't think he's fit enough yet, especially to play up front on his own. Cracking finish mind

In every game Winnall has played he's been caught offside more than a dozen times. He never learns on how to time a run. He needs to sort it out in training.

Apart from one good strike Winnall was awful today. He is a decent finisher but lacks football intelligence. I don't think he's lazy but he simply doesn't make the right runs because he simply doesn't see them. Crowley is constantly looking for someone to run in behind but nobody ever does.

Plays on the shoulder, he'll score 20 goals this season but be offside 400 times if played correctly, or would you rather he stay onside all the time, not be presented with clear cut chances and score 8 goals?

Think there was only one occasion today where it was a tight decision from the linesman. All the others he was off by atleast half a yard

Inzaghi was offside more times than not but look at his goal scoring record

I think Sam Winnall is slightly over-rated by some supporters, but I do think he's a very very good striker who could easily get 20 goals this season. What he isn't however, is a player who can play up front on his own, hold the ball up, lay it off, turn and run towards the box, get on the end of a cross and bury it. He's a player who needs someone to play with, someone to work off. His goals come from balls slid through to him, lay offs in the box, balls dragged back form the byline. At present he isn't getting any of this service. Rather, he's feeding off long hopeful balls punted forwards. He's having to chase his own flick ons and cuts an increasingly frustrated and tired figure. By the time Smith joined him up front, Winnall looked tired and sloppy, as a result of chasing around hopessly for 70 minutes. As with Hourihane, we need to play to Winnall's strengths.

    This forums priceless at times.

Complain about Winnall been offside a lot not realising that the main reason he was getting caught offside was because the lad most of you are drooling over wouldn't play the early ball

That isn't true for today. Most of the time winnall was just randomly offside and to make it worse at times he must have known he was offside

Would have been a goal if our striker that loves tap ins made a run instead of being slow to react. Great finish and i love him but if he isn't quick enough he needs a rest.

Another assist for Watkins cutting inside and passing into the feet of Winnall to turn and score. By my reckoning highest assists for us Marley. I like him.

I was n a direct line with him when he passed. It was an absolutely terrible decision and a terrible pass.

In a league one side? Name them.

Or are you thinking of Aguero with £500 million worth of midfield behind him?
