To get rid of a chairman who said his aim is to see them relegated to the conference

Well if thats the case surely the FL would intervene? Its not really any of my concern. Its not like theyre going out of business.

Isnt it true though that a large number of their 'fans' have taken their abuse too far, ive heard of them verbally abusing and even spitting at the Oyston's wives. that is simply not on and no fan should ever lower themselves to such a disgusting level.

Oyston has also been fined and stripped of his FA position for calling the same fans retards and telling them he as aiming to put them out of business.

No ones asking for sympathy on the pitch.

It's a daft situation and shows the danger of having an owner with no real links to the club they own and who might allegedly asset strip a club when it suits them.

Blackpool's fans love their club just as much as we love ours. Except theirs is being run into the ground by their scum sucking owner. But I suppose it isn't really our problem is it so **** them.

The lack of empathy from some in here is staggering.

Been to the Blackpool match whenever I could and enjoyed a good weekend of it at times. Even stayed at the hotel there and had a decent meal! Last time was terrible though with shocking stewarding and the Oystons have behaved appallingly. As a result I won't be going there for the foreseeable future. Fleetwood has become a more than welcome substitute and I'd advise anyone to go to the away game there. It seems to be a well run and friendly club and there's a very good boozer nearby.

What makes me smile is all those slating the blackpool fans and their problems with the owners, would be the very same fans who if the boot was on the other foot and it was our club, then they would be shouting for support from the roof tops ......but then again i doubt it because they appear to me to be very selfish and shallow and couldnt give a dam......just like life in general ......me first me last and bugger anything or anybody else....as long has they are okay whats it matter....until some thing happens to them and then its christ woah.......and then boy do they bleat....

society in general has lost that caring attitude.

those that do......well done i applaud your values.....

    those that dont.....learn some values......maybe then .....

we might have a chance to live in a better environment

I wouldnt be shouting for help from anybody. Ive never expected help from anybody in any aspect of my life and Ive done fine. People should sort their own problems out. Then again I give to various charities every month, so dont try get on the ****ing high horse and presume you know anything about the way I am in life just because I dont agree with some others on here about if we should be supporting others clubs causes.

You can do what you want, just seems strange that you're being so negative about something that doesn't concern you.

I'm showing my solidarity by doing the same! Which must mean Rochdale & Chesterfield are in bother aswell.

This is blackpool a club that hit the big time more due to holloway asembling a team of decent pros that clicked than excessive investment.

A club that got paid a fortune in parachute payments which have apparebtly gone missing...

A club that still havent finished a stand that was being built in 2012...

A club whos chairman calls fans retards.

A club who removed a statue of a club legend for no apparent reason.

A club whos owners should you believe their forums undertakes methodd of intimidation agaijst fans

A club where people oppose the regime for many more reasons than those above are risking finacial ruin and some serious bird for honouring their principles. ..

You might see it as it notbeing our fight but if you cant show a bit of solidarity with them abd **** off a half time pie then you need your head testing.

This is a pretty good summary - Im not going but thats not really to do with supporting their cause - but if I was going I'd at least support them by not spending any money in the ground - seems a reasonable request from their fans
