    I thought it was interesting what he DIDN'T say, regarding the forwards. Unless it was just a slip of his memory, he forgot about Conor Wilkinson.

    He said that we had Sam and Marley and big Smithy, and now we have got Simeon. No mention of the Bolton lad.

    Now....has he gone back and we haven't been told yet or does Ben not like him or did he just forget? :confused:

    Can't see him featuring much now he has surely gotta be behind Sammy, marley, Smith and Simon Jackson unless he is doing something unbelievable in training or got summat on Lee Jay doubt we will see much of him

    He's proved himself alright. He's proved that he knows how to score a goal - just the one, no more.

    To be fair it was a cracking finish at Chesterfield and he should have grabbed that opportunity and run with it. Instead he floats around apparently aimlessly so I can't see much point in promoting him ahead of our other striking options.

    He has made it hard work for him self now. He hit the ground running on his first league start but scince then at times has looked disinterested. With winnall who always gives 100% and when fit will score, Watkins has shown he can play up front and his finish last week was nice, Smith who is Highley rated and scored plenty last season I think it will be hard for him to get back in the team. Glad we did the try before you buy option.
