Just think it's about time we looked at things from a more positive view instead of all the doom and gloom on here , I know we're not playing brilliant football but who is in this division but yet were only 2 points off the play-offs and 6 off 2nd place and I allso think we have a lot better team/squad than this time last year even if the displays are not much better . Iam afraid I've not been to as many games has I should have really this season due to work and other things but I intend on seeing them a lot more from here on in , we have some really top quality players at the club and would I swap Conor,Josh,Alfie, Ben , Roberts , Lewin for anybody else in this division not a cat in hells chance.
Good stuff, and I'm not that far away from you in my own thinking. But I do feel we need to release the lads from their chains. Let's have a bloody go at teams.
I've seen tougher times than this. But when it looks to me in my opinion like certain sections of our support are looked on like they are a nuisance and we replace managers with ludicrous regularity, each time to be told that it'll be different then it starts to wear thin. As I've said elsewhere - the lads on the pitch get 100% backing.
Going gets tough? The seasons of uncertainty when we were in admin were tougher. The not knowing if we had a team a club a future were tougher but there was never this apathetic malaise hanging around. Its *****. Towns flat. The crowds flat. The style of footballs flat. Nothing to get enthused or excited over.
