anyone on here been to tenerife in january?

    Weve just booked to go back for a few weeks in January after being told the weather is decent. Been told its in the mid 20s most days but id like to hear peoples reviews on it as these weather sites say that its roughly 17c a day and when i mentioned that on tripadvisor i was told it never gets that cold.

    No but been to gran canaria in winter. More like 20c than mid 20s but nice still.

    I've been to Kenya in January and February. Great experience and the weather was fantastic although it was too hot when I was working which was six out of the eight weeks I was there.

    Yes,went to Los Americas 5 years ago.Weather was very nice but it rained a few times and when it rained it hammered it down but only for a few minutes.

    We went in January this year for 10 days - it was cloudy every day and not very warm around 18 degrees

    Just while this had been brought up... Similar.. we have just booked for a week in Madeira in January. And the weather websites say about 16c. Has anyone been there in January?

    Been to Lanzarote a couple of times in Jan. One week glorious sun, the other not so clever. Bit of a lottery but you can guarantee that any rain will be a lot warmer than it will be here.:cool:
