Has anyone watched this at all? Last night I watched episode 1, but didn't get chance to see episode 2. Billed as a comedy drama, I have to say the drama part is ok for a first episode, however, the comedy part was sadly lacking to me. Didn't laugh once.

I'll definitely be watching on, but if that's comedy then I'm deeply disappointed with today's meaning of the word.

Not seen it. Was going to view on catch up but think I'll give it a miss now.

I watched it as it was bulled up by critics but TBH I thought it was sadly lacking (certainly in humour) I will give episode two a chance but based on my initial thoughts I really can't see it going past that.

watched episode 1, was a steady away show, no belly laughs a few smiling out loud areas, but easy on the eye

It was catch-up I viewed it on last night. Give it a go, see what you think, make your own mind up. Not a single belly laugh though.....and I'm easily pleased! We've obviously got a sense of humour for turning up to Oakwell every year.

As I say, the drama was pretty decent, not great, but just enough to keep me interested. Certainly not as good as it was billed to be, but then again first episodes are usually less than stellar anyway.
