    At the start up of the bar I can imagine Glavins bar, Rimmingtons bar etc will have been mentioned ,
    Personally I have no problem with these suggestions but as Redfearns was picked by the people who do the donkey work I can't see them changing it just because he's been in charge of Leeds and or Rovrum a D rightly so IMO.
    He's still a legend as are the others mentioned.

    He may have been a more skilful player but Redders was voted the best player of all time by Barnsley fans. He deserves the honour IMO.

    Well Glav's always been my favourite, (do like Redders but ....) but the trouble with these polls is that they are heavily influenced by the average age of the voters, I guess more younger folk voted.

    I'd say it was a combination of his service to us and his performances in the promotion season and then in the premier league. I don't regard him as our most skilful player ever but I had no objection with him being voted our greatest player.
