What if five or six of those shots had gone in today?

Would folk want LJ out? Or a change of shape?

On the face of it, weren't we just unlucky? Like last weekend?

Not saying it's ace or owt, but is it as bad as it's being made out by some?

Nobody wants anyone out per say.we want a successful team like we have seen and remember and obviously the board do too hence all the changes.

We never look like scoring,yes we are good two thirds of the pitch but no one has a real shot on goal set pieces are now a waste of time as hourihane has gone west ,corners are pretty much aimless .

We need a target man ,a proper threat ,this team will them flourish cos it ain't that bad until we get to the final third .

 

Just think though, if 5 or 6 of those shots had been from a big money striker (Smith) then maybe they would have been on target and gone in. then we wouldnt be talking about it !
Its OK saying we had so many shots and so much possession, if at the end of the day you get nothing out of the game.
Against Swindon, I am pretty sure we only had about 35% ish and we won, because we got the ball into the danger area and got shots on target. Possession means **** all !

Scored two from his corners in the last two games. It's the only time we do look like scoring right now.

I think lots of us have put forward lots of different things they'd like to see changed/tried etc. So I think that shows that it's a work in progress, and that we've just to accept that for the time being we're going to see a fluctuation in performances/results.

 

What if we didn't get that last minute goal against Millwall ? We would be 1 point above Blackpool. Ever since we got relegated the club has sold itself as a big fish in this division when trying to sell season tickets, this in turn raises levels and expectations.
