what is all the over reaction about, look at our results, we have lost by the odd goal again, no one is thrashing us, these things turn around and we start winning by the odd goal, if we all panic and start to get on teams back its going to implode, if we had lost the last 3 games 4 or 5 nil every time, then fair enough, get rid of him, but please, please everyone give the team every chance to win on Tuesday by backing the lads to the hilt.our luck will change I am sure

 

But what if our luck changes for the worse ?

 

Teams shut shop up because they know we are **** at ram raiding.

 

I don't think that luck is the issue.

 

Maybe some of our young players are not as good as we think they are.

 

Problem is we are letting in near on 2 goals every week yet we supposedly have a good defence and we are not scoring nowhere near enough goals even though we supposedly have good attacking players, the basics are not right and Leejays spin is starting to get boring.

Well Im going to say it and you probably won't like it, it's boring to watch, we piss about with the ball far too long in ineffective areas giving the opposition far too long to get back and regroup our attempts on goal while maybe technically on target are way too often woeful.
Somebody ought to bring LJ's attention to vieos like the Wolves match on here, that's how you play football and move the ball up the pitch quickly, skilfully and with purpose.! and

 

What's luck got to do with it?.

Yes, we have lost by the odd goal......again. Teams that get relegated tend to do that. While their fans sit waiting for their "luck" to change.

You make your own luck. Southend thoroughly deserved their win today. We played for a bit they sussed us out and took over.

 

Plenty of tripe on offer at the Well at the moment Conan.

I agree, we only lost 2-1 away to a team who are flying at the moment. The first Southend goal was well-worked; the second looked like it took a deflection and looped over Davies.

The team isn't balanced enough yet to challenge for promotion. We'll win some and we'll lose some. We need another transfer window or two before we can judge LJ. Let's give him the time Wilson should have had.

 

Like I said earlier this week he may not get it from what I've heard.

Could be bye bye Benji and PC as well but it may be a bit of mischief making but I would be suprised

All useless soundbites trotted out by sportsmen and contradictory depending on how well or badly a sportsman or team are doing at any given.

We are no more lucky or unlucky than any other team on the planet.

We are useless at the moment. The only things that can change that are the performance of the players and the manager.
