    I am less confident that LJ can turn this around compared to when DW got the sack

    Listening to his interview after the game he looks lost and unfortunately the players do

    I honestly believe he will be gone if we don't win Tuesday and 100% if we lose both games

    Yes we have gone through too many managers but what good is holding on to a manager that's totally out of his depth

    Even the die hard happy clappers can only use this too many managers excuse

    Massive game for LJ Tuesday

    i don't think he's going anywhere. not after what PC said publicly. but for the record, if he does get sacked, it would be a huge vote of no confidence for the board and owner from me, and i'm probably done with 'em.

    If we lose the next two the board are going to be under immense pressure to do something. In my opinion they sacked a much better manager for less so LJ must be on borrowed time now. I don't want to see another manager sacked but we can't preserve with a bad one.

    I'm probably with you on that. I like Lee, seems a good bloke and is probably working with what he's got, doing as told, under orders etc. And, I'm of the opinion - and have been for years - that a manager needs time/years.

    But this season is turning into a bit of a mare, innit? No matter how hard I've tried to dress it up recently.

    In the 25 years ive been watching the reds ive never felt so not arsed. Which is ironic as i clearly am arsed. But its never been such a struggle and for the first time in my life supporting barnsley is becoming genuinely hard work and totally unrewarding. But maybe im just a weak as piss proxy supporter.

    I didn't take that to mean that LJ is immune from the sack. Only that he will be the last manager he decides on and appoints. Doesn't mean LJ couldn't get the sack and then Ben and Maurice choose the next one alone. I can't remember exactly what Cryne said but I seem to remember it being along those lines.

    Patrick Cryne posted on Facebook recently that he has never appointed or sacked a manger, that is entirely down to the board of directors of which he is not one.
