If Patrick Cryne really posted that then he must think Barnsley fans are gullible. He might not have actually picked up the phone or sent the text to sack the manager but it will have been his decision in the main. Hes taking the piss and making a play on words.

I have to agree though that some of LJs recent comments are turning into excuses. If he blamed the fixtures given we have a game in hand then i also start to worry.

I've no confidence in him either.

We've basically had all season without 1 player, Williams & we've been shocking. He's now lost his main creator of goals, I don't personally think he's capable of building a team that scores goals from open play but if he wants to keep his job he's got to

 

The reason we have had so many managers is that our board have consistently appointed poor ones.

 

Yet these same managers thrive elsewhere.

Not sure if I agree with that. Hill, Flitcroft, Wilson and LJ haven't achieved anything away from Oakwell. And they achieved nothing at our club either.
I suppose it depends what you are aspiring to achieve. Appointing managers who "compete" in league 1 and 2 means you ultimately stay in those leagues with them in charge.
