In my opinion we were right to stack in terms of the last manager and we should go blind for the foreseeable with the current one.
We're playing a system and its way too early to tell if we were dealt a bum hand.

I'm just wondering why some people wanted Danny to be sacked but are happy to give LJ more time. What exactly is he doing that is so much better than what Danny did?

All managers have a shelf life and Danny was way past his before he came back to us. We saw it with our own eyes and I guarantee he won't get another job anywhere near our level.

I felt Danny should've been given longer. I was completely shocked when he went. Never felt relegation threatened & always felt we'd pick up points as soon as Winnall & co returned & the easier games came.

I don't have any confidence in Johnson, I feel he doesn't seem to know what he's doing. I'd love to be proved wrong & for him to stay & be successful but if he went I wouldn't have much sympathy given the constant balls ups he's made

I hope that's a strong fence, cos there are a lot sitting on it. Is there room for another?

We were no worse off under Danny than we are now. At least I saw potential for us getting out of this league with him; as things stand I don't see any. I hope I'm wrong about LJ because we can't keep on starting again.

What I wanted to have an option to vote for was
I didnt want Wilson sacked but when he was I didnt want LJ ( Would rather have given Hecky and Burton a bit longer )
I dont want LJ sacked yet but wont be too upset if he is

I voted to have kept DW and also to keep LJ. Bit of a sham in my case as I don't go anymore. The constant chopping and changing of managers and the bleating of maungy fans when their team isn't doing well, as well as baying for the manager's head is a factor for my non attendance. That along with the let's pass the ball to death to get the pass completion stats up which is now prevalent throughout football.

When I were a lad a manager got a couple of years before any major disquiet was shown by the fans. Now a bad run that can lead to a sacking can be as little as four or five defeats on the spin.

If I was Patrick I'd be tempted to bring back Danny as manager, Winstanley as his assistant. Let's find a job for Ronnie and Redders also and let's see how that pans out.
At least then he could say I gave you what you wanted.
FFS move on and let's move forward together

Are you coming to the next two home games using that 2 for 1 offer?

    Just interested.

That's a very good question and the answer is no which is why I suggest that my vote is a bit of a sham and therefore my opinion is not as valid as the brave souls who do spend their hard earned to attend.

I have the utmost respect for folk that go but I have lost interest in football generally partly for the reasons I have given in my previous posts.

Towards the end of my time as a season ticket holder I was in a position where I was really miserable on match days and was going to the games on auto pilot.

I have to say though that watching Leicester play on the TV has quickened my pulse slightly as they go out to win games a bit like Newcastle under Keegan.

I admit i wanted Wilson sacked when he was, and i still think that was the right decision. I'm now fed up of chopping and changing managers, and we have to stick at some point. I like LJ, he's clearly got a good footballing brain, and he's a young manager. His inexperience will show at times, and it has a fair bit so far this season, but I strongly believe it will come good for him.

That's why I voted that i wanted wilson gone, yet i'm happy to give Johnson a bit longer.

Didn't want Danny sacked, and the fact he was left me with a bit of a meh feeling as to whether future managers got sacked, but don't particularly want LJ to be sacked.

I think a 'couldn't care less' option may have proven popular had it been given.
