Before people realise that the manager isn't the problem?

When are people going to identify what the real problem is?

    It's not even that difficult.

I don't think he'll be sacked any time soon, nor should he be.

I'm thinking Jay is looking at the 'are the managers at Leeds the problem or is it higher up the club?' angle ?!? I may be wrong?!?

A government that insists on punishing the poor whilst seeking to line the pockets of large financial institutions.

I'm not being cryptic. It is my opinion that Patrick Cryne is the problem with our football club. It's about time someone said it.

I don't disagree Jay. But there are also clear issues with LJ as a manager and I'm not convinced he will improve.

But neither am I convinced that a change would bring any improvement because of the track record and in the continuance of the statistical approach with a limit on the age of players to be considered.

What I do fear is that LJ seems lost and we look every bit like a bottom four side.

maybe the clue was in the change in job title for Johnson.

guy on twitter also claiming wilson was given the boot because he stood up to interference from the board.

all heresay but what i do know is Wilson should not have been sacked and we are in a worse place now than at that point last season imho.

the change in manager and early bird has been used to get interest up for season ticket sales. This year the way things are going they will be back down to the hardcore 5k - if they are still around. People have had enough.

As he's the one constant you've got a good chance of being right. However, he's also the financial life blood of the club, so this is where things start to get a bit tricky. And I agree with Redstar that Johnson basically looks completely lost, in a situation in which we really can't afford that.

I must admit that it is getting extremely difficult to defend the manager's team selections and tactics. Maybe this one is the wrong one. Who knows? Not me, I'm just not astute enough to judge. Not after so little time. But they haven't all been poor managers. A few of them are proving that right now, while others have a track record that all but the very best would be envious of.

I'll tell you one thing for certain, I thank my lucky stars that I'm not in charge of trying to put out a a winning team from the squad we've assembled. Considering the job title, I'm not sure I can lay the fault of recruitment solely at Johnson's door.

The last sentence is one i'm currently thinking about and I think I agree. The men behind the scenes were very keen to use the term 'head coach' so I just can't see how anyone can blame him for the way the team plays because at the end of the day most if not all must not be ones he wanted/wants. If he isn't in total charge of transfers then it's just going to be a constant case of square pegs in round holes.

like you said, hearsay, but it would make sense of the decision because right now, there isn't another explanation that makes any sense. And BMs explanation of the decision at the time sounded contrived, as if he didn't believe what he was saying himself.

Its looking more and more like an atrocious decision that has set us back years. I have zero confidence in the board to make correct decisions at the moment but am convinced that there is now decision that HAS to be made, come what may.

Said at the time if the Wilson sacking didn't bring a sustained upturn in results then there'd be more fingers pointing at the board this time round. Seems like that's coming to pass.
