    But I have missed 1 game this season home and away

    And I came out of oakwell today not down but just couldn't care less

    Now that worries me even more because I am usually pissed off and frustrated but this season as already drained the passion out of me

    I'll be there Saturday but hopefully my son will born before and I'm not sure I can justify spending money on the club anymore

    I have spent over £1500 on the club this season and I'm not sure I can justify spending this kind of money for no reward

    We had a similar discussion when their second goal went in. Normally there are people screaming obscenities or trying to rouse the players but tonight there was a strange feeling of apathy with fans just sat in their seats with arms crossed.

    Yep, real smell of death about the club. Well, around football in general at the moment. All seater stadium, crap football, expensive ticket prices all means no atmosphere, no passion...no point going. Buying a season ticket this year is looking like a very bad decision. Got conned by Johnson, Mansford and Cryne and regretting it big time. Will more than likely go and watch Aquaforce on Saturday...

    Don't blame you mate like you I don't miss many and it's getter harder and harder to justify both the cost and the time for so little reward. I'm usually passed off but I just feel numb.

    I used to care, but my mate and I weren't bothered tonight.

    Oh, what? We're losing again and showing no attacking intent at all? That's a shock. It's normally so different.

    We burst out laughing at Harris' shot which went out for a throw-in and later said we weren't even troubled by the fact we'd been hammered again.

    I'm very much the same as you pal, Ive lost all interest... I find it hard to even bother making my way to oakwell anymore. I don't mind a bad run no and again, or the odd battering along the way but we've had this now for 10 years!! Constantly sacking good managers, bad results, bad marketing (although this has improved), fans having there eyes pulled out....

    I'm at the point now where I'm starting to believe it's not the team nor is it the management staff, I fear the issue is further up the club's structure.

    Sorry Barnsley but I've completely lost interest in absolutely everything to do with the football club.

    I get a st every year. Well, I get 3 actually. I just chalk the money off in the hope that this will be the year. I also live just down the road. Right now they're the only reasons I go. I've paid for it and it's close. There's no way I'd be paying match day prices or travelling any kind of distance to go, right now. There's **** all enjoyment, apart from a coupla pints before. And I could have them anywhere

    Tbh I'd be happy to admit that those who travel to get to games, go to all the matches, spend a lot more than me...are probably better fans than me
