Marlon Harewood not to play obviously but morale must be very low could lift the whole team and support. We have no big players like him in our squad.

We have nobody in the squad with a voice at all just a load of kids. ******* stupid recruitment policy and I'm still astonished that our owner said what he said about league one not needing experience

I think nearly everybody outside of the club agree with this and have said as much. Unfortunately we don't share the views of those inside the club, the ones who make the decisions.

We have no experience and therefore no characters to pull the others through. Nyatanga is the most experienced but in between making errors he hardly comes across as a big voice. When Walsall scored yesterday, our team looked like a bunch of scraed schoolboys who were shattered mentally by conceding. League One is a league pretty low on quality, but rather high on experience and 'know-how'. We need far more of the latter.

First 45 minutes on saturday centre of the park, instead of Pearson. Not a bad idea.
Let Digby take over 2nd half.

I agree the signs we there early on though Middlesborough in pre season we conceded and our heads went down ended up 0-4 chesterfield we conceded in the second half after been 1 up heads dropped ended up 3-1. I think that is our biggest mistake not having a couple of big characters in the squad who have been around to get the lads hyped up and pick them up when needed.

Donny have experience in abundance (Coppinger, Chalplow, Wellens) and yet they're below us.
Not sure the answer is that simple.
