Isn't that all my financial and personal information has been nicked. Blaming talk talk for that would be like blaming someone for having their house done over even though they have both the doors and windows locked and the burglar alarm on. I blame the criminals who did it. But what really gets my goat is hearing the CEO tell everyone who will listen that phone lines and broadband are unaffected. I've had neither since this happened. Can't get in touch with talk talk, can't view our bank details. That's the situation, fine, I'll find a solution. But please don't have people believe that everything is fine for your customers.
Some of it wasn't encrypted is my understanding so really it's like having your house robbed even though you locked your doors but leaving your bank account details and passwords on the pad on the table.
