    Until we get rid of the roots that are causing the main problem then im afraid we will only have the same problem.

    Just an observation HR, but you only ever seem to post on here when you want to sack the manager. Remember you being very vocal in regards to Danny getting the boot. Surely you can see that keep sacking managers as soon as they have a bad run of results is not the answer.

    Mental that people saying that sacking Johnson won't change a thing.

    Let's say for example that the board have made all the signings, they're definitely not responsible for shattering Roberts, Winnall & both keepers confidence, playing Nyatanga at left back, Scowen & Hourihane on the wing, Winnall on his own up front, Winnall as a no. 10 etc.

    The thing is, it's not just a run that's sprung up out of nowhere. After those first 4 wins on the spin last season, Johnson's record is thus:

    Won: 5 Drawn: 8 Lost: 11

    That's not just a poor run. It's been poor stretching back to last season.

    I agree with what others have said though. It's not just him that needs to go . . .

    His tactics are unbelievably bad. With the squad he has at his disposal we should be around the top 6 at the very least. Appoint the right manager and we may well see a much more direct, exciting and successful system. I think if we played 4-4-2 with Smith and Winnall up top getting service from the wings we would be easily one of the best sides in the division. A change in tactics is what we need to turn this season around.
