It's not entirely his fault, I blame Pat, Ben and Maurice more than anyone. However LJ is partly to blame. The love for my football club has been sucked out of me today.
The thing is we won games with him last year. On the edge of the play offs. With experienced players and good young ones!! why can't the powers that be see that.

Indeed. The management have gone with a youth only policy. It woudn't take that much to transform this team for the better. LJ is the figure head but he's just the public facing element of the management. You cant lay all the blame at the manager's feet but he has to take his share. There are other options apart from sacking a manager. Although if there was a european competition for sacking managers we would be right up there. Just behind leeds!
I wish we actually had a manager not an head coach. He's sprouted a fair bit recently about experience and yet another inexperienced kid is brought in. Really does make you wonder how much his hands are tied and how much he's the scapegoat of what's going on above him. Nobody who's that good at managing is going to come to us as an head coach and put up with people above them making squad decisions.
