    Please get him some help. He is floundering and doesnt appear to have the know how to get us out of this slump. A wise old head who has been there, done that and can give him some constructive critique, might just be all he needs.

    If success is measured on avoiding relegations then yes, he's successful. I measure success on entertainment value as well though. Pulis is an arrogant pr1ck who plays ***** football. I'm not having a go, I just simply cannot stand Pulis and what he brings to football.
