    Including Cup games we only lost 3 in a row in the Premier League Season

    Lost 6 League games
    A Derby
    H Villa
    A Everton
    A Wimbledon
    H Leicester
    A Arse

    In the middle of that run we beat Chesterfield twice in the League Cup

    Cheers, mate. No idea why I didn't see that. Now I've looked at a list, I'm actually ashamed of my eyes and brain for not spotting it.

    So, our worst run of defeats was 1997-98 season, not 1986-87 as stated earlier.
