It aint my path, its the clubs. Lets stick with him and let him take us to Oblivion. Sadly i'm at the point where they can do what they want. I would have normally gone to places like Scunny but not any more. Not getting another Dime out of me!
I think we just disagree on this. I don't get how you can be such a critic of the club, when they do exactly the same as you ask for? You keep asking the club to sack managers, and they do. I could be wrong, but I seem to remember you were among the first to call for hill, flicker, Danny and now Johnson, to be sacked. Aren't the club doing precisely what you keep demanding?? I demand that the lot of them go NOW! No confidence in them to appoint anything other than duds in the managerial department. Hence the reason why were nearly back to square one again. Stick with Lee Jay and we are doomed but if thats's what they want so be it.
Right. So fresh start, top to bottom. How long would you give this board then? Long enough to to build a strategy, or does the board get sacked every time the manager does as well now? We're $hit and LJ looks lost. But I genuinely don't think another new manager is gonna help. We'll just be having the same conversation in another 12 months. It's not sustainable. It really isn't. Haven't the last Christ knows how many managers proved that? Maybe things will just have to get worse, before they get better.. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Nope I don't think you will be. The club are just gonna have to suck that up. Onus is on them to sort it on the pitch, and get people back. I'm not gonna have a pop at anyone for staying away. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I don't see the point in sacking him. But we are now looking at the very real possibility of relegation to the fourth division. We were 7 points clear and according to the club at the time, "17th is unacceptable" when they fired Danny. So you can't blame folk for wondering why Johnson is still in situ. I think it's as simple as this - the club daren't sack him now. Financially it makes no sense, but above all else, they'd look right ******* melts if they chalked **** on their man so soon, considering the fuss they caused in removing Danny who in hindsight, was doing a pretty amazing job in comparison. Better than even I thought at the time. Oh for being 17th and not losing every week. How far we have fallen. Sad though, knowing tomorrow I'll be checking my phone a lot wondering if they've pulled the trigger. And if he stays, but we lose next weekend, the furore will spike again. Even if we win, if we lost the next game, it continues.. on and on. I have said this every time we've been at this point with a manager, but I cannot recall a manager turning it around when it's reached this stage of ****. Usually, because the club don't allow the time to turn it. Maybe this time they will? But maybe this is the wrong horse they've backed? Interesting, if nothing else. And hey, I'm still here posting so I'm not totally lost. Which is something. You Reds.
