I seem to be one of the few who actually liked Hugo when he played here.

I'm not sure about this though, they say never go back...

He'll obviously get my 100% support if he does sign (others should take note and support)

Does he know that the wage structure isn't what it was and the club will probably ask him to play for next to nowt.

Anderson made him look good. Pretty average when he played without him. still we will see.

Couldn't see that he had any skills as a footballer. In one of the seasons with us he timed his run right 8 times and put the ball away 8 times. I can't take that away from him, he did it. **** knows how but he did. It's something that really weakens my argument because other than that I thought he did **** all. However, 8 goals from a defensive (ha!) midfield player is a good return so I look like I'm talking ballacks, but he never looked remotely like doing it before and he's never done it since. I think it was just one of those things. Stick a lampost in the Ponty End penalty area and you might go 20 years without the ball even hitting it. Then one bizarre season eight crosses hit it just so and the ball flies in to the net for eight goals.

Just the sort of player Johnno would go for. Pea for a heart but can play a cracking six yard square ball.

Yep just seen his twitter account, I really hope he helps to turn it around but it smacks of desperation to me, hope I'm wrong like and I'll back him to the hilt

Couldnt agree more. One of the players you watch and wonder just who offered him professional terms. Abysmal on the ball and what I really couldnt stand was the way he ran after players before doing absolutely nothing to dispossess them. Had one season where a couple of goals masked his overall game (a little like a midfielder from last season) and thought he wa billy big ********. If you think our midfield is lightweight now id dread to see it with him in.

    No, I really don't.

We've all got some player or other that we can't stand though, someone we're (probably unnecessarily) harsh on for reasons that even we can't explain. Colace is mine.

Would sooner have 1 Hugo Colace than 10 Jacob Mellis's to be honest my doubt would be his fitness/match sharpness

If we're that desperate why not go n give Anderson a trial? By far the better of the two players and can only be a similar age.

Is he still begging for scraps on Ben Mansford's parody Twitter account?

'Putting the oh-oh-oh in CEO.' That one.
