Help with bills over the winter....

    Not sure if this will be useful to anybody or if it would be worth passing it on to friends or family....

    First I've heard of it but it could be helpful for an elderly relative or family member with a tight budget..... I'm with EDF and I've just applied it only takes a couple of minutes.

    you can also get it if you are on some benefits like sickness or the old disability ones by applying direct to your supplier
