That the club will stick with LJ come what may, by May Accept it and deal with it as you see fit. You'll feel better for having done so.
He's saying that if you accept Johnno is not getting sacked, you won't be disappointed come May when he's still here.
Hypothetical question CT. If LJ is in charge next season in the fourth division, will you still be a season ticket holder?
I have thought about this quite a bit over the past couple of weeks. What I will probably do is everytime we lose, I'll say "I'm not going next season if he's in charge" and then cave in at the last minute and renew. I expect many will do something similar. Where are you at the minute?
I'm hovering very close to not getting one. Not because I want to stop going but more out of apathy and protest at the way the club is being run. One thing is certain and that is that I won't be blinded by the early bird spin.
It's more about realising that, in my opinion and either as a consequence of what's gone before ( reasons for sacking DW, comments about LJ being Cryne's last manager etc) or that they actually do believe in him that he's going nowhere. I do not hold him entirely responsible for where we are but I've seen precious little to give me any indication he will be able to turn this around never mind get us promoted, but I've come to the conclusion that he's going nowhere and therefore all you can have in hope in the face of adversity....
Only thing is if you don't take advantage of the early bird you'll have to pay an extra seventy quid or whatever and it will still be tripe!
That's true but I'm not sure how many season tickets they'll shift, even at early bird prices, as things stand.
See my response to Redstar. Picking and choosing games may be a more attractive proposition because as things stand I'm not sure how many I'll go to. Like I said this is more out of protest than not wanting to go.
