I actually feel for him. If he's sacked we will just get another inexperienced head coach as those above him want to reinvent the wheel and carry on playing real life football manager and any manager with experience of high level football like Phil Brown, Jimmy Flloyd Hasslebaink etc won't leave an higher ranked team to play second fiddle at us in a lower position.

I agree but nobody is going to buy a football club that doesn't own all it's old assets. Mansford has overseen relegation and two poor league one seasons since. Broken promises about the likes of a scoreboard. Maybe it's just bad luck for him or maybe Rowing was better at his job than we give him credit for.
I used to defend Don quite a lot on here and I got a bit of stick from time to time but the evidence so far is that he wasn't doing such a bad job after all. Experience is king.
