Whats the problem with Mansford?

    He seems to be getting a lot of stick for the position we are in but from what I can see he is just a paid employee of the club.

    there seems to be a big furor about getting him out of the club! Why? He doesn't have any bearing on tactics or player selection nor does he train the team or scout the potential new players.

    When Johnson finds a player he wants its up to Mansford to go get them in, Even then he's got to work to the budgets set by the board .

    I don't think he's done a bad job really it's the players and coaching staff that have put us in this position we've got some good players who for whatever reason aren't performing. That's down to Johnson not Ben Mansford.

    I think Mansford plays a much bigger role than you're suggesting, including a significant part in the choice of 'Head Coach'...

    No I've never managed to quite get the reasoning.Ive had dealings with both Ben and the Don, and I've found Ben to be most efficient.

    Mansford's appointments have been good, but how much control did the managers have?

    Neither Flicker and Wilson never had full seasons with the club and its not looking good for Johnson either.

    Starting to think LJ just takes training sessions.
