If I had the same self-belief as Lee Johnson (I don't, but I wish I had) then I wouldn't resign either. Not because of the money, but because I'd think I could turn it around. You can accuse the man of being a poor manager, but I don't believe it's a failing on his part that he won't quit.

I'd say it's not the only reason but it's part of it. That c500k (including other staff) will be spent letting LJ try to put it right in January.
