He had a poor start to the season, fans calling for his head etc.The board stuck with him and he turned it around.
By the way, if anyone thinks the current clown is a better manager then they are insane. That is all.
I'd suggest that it shows what can happen by sticking with a manager who the fans wanted out. I also prefer LJ so I'm insane.
Was a good manager, although the football WAS dull. Most of it has been dull & sh!te since mind. Fair play to him. He's making a living & doing slightly better than OK, which usually keeps you in a job.
Because he follows me on twitter. I've had a drink with him. He's my age. He's really small and cute and that. And because I'm insane, you said. You wanted Danny out, Flicker out, Keith out... I imagine you'd have wanted Robins out n all eventually, had he not bottled working under the restraints that these others have. It's very probable that my faith in LJ is misplaced, and that you're right, Robins is/was better. But ******* hounding every manager as soon as results aren't great isn't my bag, man.
Hounding out? Robins would have taken us forward, I'm 100% sure of that. Unfortunately Cryne had already backed the wrong horse.
