Will cure all the problems at Barnsley Football Club because if they do they are as deluded as the people who decided to appoint Johnson in the first place. The issues I'm afraid go much deeper then the manager and have been present for years. All the recent managers have ended up in the same place losing games losing heart losing the plot and then finally losing their jobs. The squads have shown promise at times but over time appear to have lost the will to fight for Barnsley FC. It's the same film plot just the actors change. Don't get me wrong Johnson needs to go he's a busted flush and the losing mentality runs through the clubs under 21s and U18s too, but the issues will remain until there are some very big changes at Oakwell. We are in a mess a very big mess stareing L2 in the face. I can unfortunately see us doing a Grimsby, Halifax, Luton and dropping through L2 if things carry on like this and that is a really sobering thought for all Reds fans.

He is part of the problem but I agree he is definitely not the whole problem. If the boardroom strategy isn't changed then no manager will succeed here, having said that no manager of note would even consider coming here. However I believe LJ is a poor manager, full of textbook ***** and PowerPoint presentations and so we have a perfect storm - an inept board and an inept manager deploying a catastrophic strategy. We're fuc**d.

Agree with all of that. I agree with the fact that LJ has to go because he is just not a good manager. But I agree that it won't be all roses round the door with a new bloke because there are a myriad of other problems. But right now, the manager is the one problem for which an immediate solution is available. The door.

Yes I agree but the fight for further changes must continue even if Johnson is shown the door because if further changes aren't made we will be here again in 12 to 18 months.
