    Reading the chronicle it seems to me basically Ben sits in the board room on his own with little LJ bobbing in now and again. All the cuts in staff off and on field looks like oakwell is like a deserted ship during the week. The saleable youth plan has failed and no one is there to change it. Something major has to happen soon because it's too big a problem for LJ and Ben alone especially when they are both out of their depth. They need support.

    PC MW BT are old men who never seem to be around and don't do a lot BM and LJ are young men on their own doing everything and failing. To answer your point PC assembled a team of 2 to run the entirety of BFC
    BM the club
    LJ the coaching and playing staff.
    Am I missing someone out? is this the same level of resource running the club when John Dennis had it?
